Mechanical Engineering Student · Aspiring Robotics Engineer
// About Me
I'm Merwan Abdela, a Mechanical Engineering student with a relentless curiosity for how things move, think, and interact with the world. While my degree gives me the fundamentals of structures, dynamics, and material science, my true passion lives at the intersection of machines and intelligence.
I'm on a mission to become a Robotics Engineer — someone who can design the physical hardware, wire the electronics, and write the software that brings autonomous systems to life. I believe the robots of tomorrow will be built by engineers who refuse to be siloed.
When I'm not in the lab or studying kinematics, you'll find me tinkering with Arduino projects, exploring ROS tutorials, or designing mechanical assemblies in SolidWorks.
